Drive Clean Colorado (DCC), a U.S. Department of Energy designated coalition in the Clean Cities and Communities partnership, is a non-profit organization that delivers a variety of programs to accelerate the equitable adoption of clean transportation with the vision of cleaner air and economic growth for Colorado. DCC runs projects such as the Drive Electric Colorado program, the Watts@Work initiative for workplace charging, and hosts four ReCharge coaches for the Colorado Energy Office to provide grant coaching and EV awareness outreach. New Mexico State Contacts & Partners

LOE Clean Cities — Land of Enchantment Clean Cities Coalition (LOECC) is a New Mexico not-for-profit, funded entirely by an annual grant from US Department of Energy (DOE). The DOE Clean Cities program advances the nation’s economic, environmental, and energy security by supporting local actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, cut petroleum use, and improve efficiency in transportation. The non-petroleum fuels defined by DOE are natural gas, propane, hydrogen, ethanol, and electricity. Other Coalition goals are discussed below.
NM Energy, Minerals & Natural Resources Dept. Energy Conservation Division — ECMD develops and implements effective clean energy programs — renewable energy, energy efficiency, alternative fuels, and safe transportation of radioactive waste — to promote economic growth, environmental sustainability, and wise stewardship of our natural resources while protecting public health and safety for New Mexico and its citizens.

Utah Clean Cities and Communities’ mission is to advance the nation’s environment, energy security, and economic prosperity through collaboration with communities by building partnerships with public and private stakeholders that create equitable deployment of clean transportation solutions for all.
Utah Clean Cities and Communities (UCCC), formerly Salt Lake Clean Cities, was the 16th coalition in the nation to join the DOE’s Clean Cities Partnership in 1994. Today it is one of over 75 DOE-designated Clean Cities & Communities Coalitions across the country—a partnership designed to reduce the U.S. import and overall consumption of fossil fuels. Since its establishment, UCCC has grown to a statewide, 501(c)3 nonprofit with a robust stakeholder network statewide.
Working with the federal and state government in support of coalition stakeholders, UCCC leverages resources to bring funding, technical assistance, and other resources to Utah, supporting the development and deployment of alternative fuel infrastructure and vehicles, idle-reduction technologies, new mobility choices, and emerging transportation technologies.

WYDOT is the pass-through agency for NEVI funding and other EV-related grants in Wyoming. WYDOT is a founding member of the Wyoming Zero Emission Vehicle Working Group which is in charge of strategizing ways to maximize use of available ZEV-related funding by communities and businesses.
