Regional Leaders Drive EV Innovation at NASEO–AASHTO Meeting
Utah Clean Cities joined NASEO, AASHTO, and Clean Cities partners across the West for the Western Regional Meeting on EV Charging Infrastructure in Salt Lake City. The gathering highlighted Utah’s leadership through the Utah Electrification Plan (UEP), cutting-edge electrified roadways, and coordinated strategies for rural, urban, and gateway community charging.
Presentations from Tammie Bostick, Alicia Cox, and James Campbell ASPIRE/Utah State University showcased some of the most advanced electrification efforts emerging in the nation.

The Zero Emission Vehicle Working Group — consisting of seven state agencies — was completed in 2022. The Zero Emission Vehicle Strategy is a long-range planning document for the alternative fuel space. You can read it here

Local contacts and statewide partnerships for ChargeWest
WYDOT is the pass-through agency for NEVI funding and other EV-related grants in Wyoming. WYDOT is a founding member of the Wyoming Zero Emission Vehicle Working Group which is in charge of strategizing ways to maximize use of available ZEV-related funding by communities and businesses.
Mission: Yellowstone-Teton Clean Cities (YTCC’s) mission is to reduce consumption of traditional petroleum-based fuels, support our regional economy and protect our environment by encouraging and expanding the use of alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technologies, and promoting efficient transportation options.
